Has Anyone Seen Anything Like This Nolan Ryan Kellogg's Sample?

This card is available on ebay.  I know nothing about it.  Does anyone else have any factual information about cards like this from Kellogg's?   I've only seen samples of players that weren't produced from 1970.

I am not an expert on grading services either so please only comment if you know something about this one.

The back has the text SAMPLE in large print.

Unlike anonymous forums, I won't approve comments that could lead to trouble.  I'm just curious if people have seen things like this.
