When A Door Closes A Window Opens...Right?

On this day in 1986 a door closed.  Pete Vuckovich was released by the Brewers and he never played again in the majors.

The window opened with him playing Clu Haywood in the movie Major League.  He has also worked almost every job in baseball including announcer, coach, scout and assistant to the GM.

We may hear lots about this movie during the upcoming World Series since the Indians are playing.
