Does This Mean I have A(nother) Problem?

The basketball packs each contained two cards.  I sure wish Kellogg's had thought of that in 1970.

Since there are 18 cards in the set, does anyone know if the collation/distribution of these cards allowed for the possibility of getting each player in a pack with each other player?  Also, can each combo occur twice, one with each player on the front?

This might be a fun way to collect some really cheap cards.  It also might take some time to find all of the combinations since no one really does much with these cards.

More as I progress or give up on this idea.
