The only guy I recognized on his list was Joe Altobelli... who might not have a player issued Topps card, but he does have a few manager cards. As for your question... I've always considered Kellogg's a food issue or oddball issue... and not a major set. But that's just one random collector's opinion. I'm sure many would argue that "hell yeah" Kellogg's is a major set.
