SGC Population Report

I found out that the SGC Population Report can also be viewed online without being a member.  Here is the link - https://www.sgccard.com/PopulationReport.aspx?setid=16273.

There have been 122 1968 Topps 3-D cards graded by SGC.  Is it likely that some of them have been opened and sent to PSA?

Are there other grading companies besides these two and Beckett?
