Bert was born in 1951 so that would make him 66 today. His cards seem more like commons than Hall of Famers. When I used to find lots of Kellogg's in bulk his cards tended to be included, sometimes with duplicates.
Why? His career record was only 287-250. Baseball-reference.com shows his 162-game average record as 14-12. That explains why he's not considered a star in card sets. Doing that for 22 years is still impressive.
